Reading: 40 minutes Listen to Mrs. Cook’s read aloud Felipe and Claudette on SeeSaw. Then, answer the questions in this Forms document (Click on the word "Forms" in teal to take you to the questions). Read your independent reading book for the remainder of the time. Limited Tech Option: Read a picture book from beginning to end to somebody at your house. (parent, sibling, pet, stuffed animal, ect…) Then, come up with 3 comprehension questions to ask your somebody about the story and write them on a sheet of notebook paper. Optional: For some extra fun, turn the short story into a play! Create lines of dialogue for each character and recreate your play using actors, puppets, action figures, Legos, ect… be creative! Record your movie and post it to SeeSaw to share! Movement Idea: Take a walk outside. Count how many different flowers that you see in bloom. Create a tally chart of all the different types of flowers or colors of flowers you see. |
