What a wonderful week it has been! We had our trip to Pope to see Alice in Wonderland and we've had some fun group and individual projects in class. We wrapped up our unit on Fossils and the students have each chosen their own way to demonstrate what they have learned. Be on the look out for their final products posted on SeeSaw.
Can you believe that next week is the last week of the semester? We are almost halfway through the year! We will be finishing up quarter 2 standards and reviewing all that we have learned next week. Here is a look at what we will be learning: Reading: Listening and Speaking, Decoding words with affixes Writing: Completing Information Writing Unit Math: Reviewing Q2 Standards Science: Presenting Fossil Projects Social Studies: Natural and Human Resources *No vocabulary next week. Next week is full of fun things! We have our class party on Tuesday at 12:30. Wednesday will be our next auction and Friday is our Holiday Sing! Remind your child to wear his/her pajamas on Friday. We will cozy up with hot cocoa and watch the Polar Express too! It's going to be a great week!
